NEW: Next Steps Podcast 

CommonSpirit Health at Home is excited to launch a new tool to help deliver information to all employees in a fun and convenient way. The Next Steps podcast will feature important topics and input from our own experts. Designed with you and your busy schedule in mind, each episode is just 15 minutes and packed with great information you need to KNOW, DO and SHARE! 

Episodes are launched on a monthly basis and the link to each episode is available through the Weekly Update and archived on the Company Intranet under Headline News. COVID-19 Response 

As our organization tackles the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of our employees and our patients is our highest priority. To ensure our team members have access to priority materials and information necessary to do their jobs while staying healthy and safe, we are providing direct links to important resource documents:

Home Care and Hospice Resources:  This is a direct link to the most up-to-date resources for Home Care and Hospice clinical teams. The folder, built in Box, includes clinical resources, processes, information about PPE, an updated FAQ, and team-specific tools. These resources will be updated frequently, and newly created resources will be added on a regular basis.

Zoom Resources for Clinicians:  In partnership with CommonSpirit Health, we have implemented Zoom, which has been designed to be secure and HIPAA compliant. Zoom Resources for Clinicians is a direct link to the Zoom Folder in Box that houses all the resources. The Zoom Box folder is accessible to all employees and can be accessed off the network, no log in required.

Additional resources will be updated on an ongoing basis. Please check back on a regular basis. If you need immediate access to a specific resource or have questions related to COVID-19, please contact your manager or supervisor.

All full-time, part-time and PRN employees have access to a Premium Membership. This membership includes unlimited access (24 hours a day, seven days a week) to to search for or recruit local caregivers, including nannies, babysitters, tutors, distance learning helpers, adult caregivers, pet walkers or sitters, house cleaners and more. Compliance and Privacy Reporting Hotline

The ITS Service Desk supports all technical needs for CHI Health at Home and its associates. The ITS Service Desk supports all home care specific applications along with company-issued applications and hardware. ITS National Service Desk (CHI)

Inside CHI

Inside CHI is CHI’s Intranet. Full of resources and information about our parent company and the various communities that make up the organization, associates can access this site using their CHI Credentials. For access to this site, please click here: Inside CHI.

CommonSpirit Pathways (formerly the My CHI Knowledge Hub)

CommonSpirit Pathways is our online platform for providing education (required and optional) and professional development resources to all associates. Pathways offers optional education to help associates develop personal and professional skills, such as free CE courses, leadership development, and Excel training. Pathways also provides direct access to all required education such as Annual Compliance, Monthly In-Service Courses, Safety Education, Competency Courses, and security training courses. Login to Pathways now.


The portal to the CHI Health at Home associate self-service site within PeopleSoft is called MyCSH. MyCSH allows associates to view their paycheck, review their contact information, and enroll in benefits. Log into MyCSH now.

Perks at Work

At CHI Health at Home, we care about our associates’ financial well-being. We have partnered with Next Jump to provide a free Perks at Work discount program available to all associates. GO2 Partners (formerly Prograde)

GO2 Partners, formerly known as Prograde, is a third-party vendor supplying sales and marketing materials for our organization. Associates can sign on to the new ordering site through the Company Intranet by clicking on the Sales and Marketing tab or access directly by clicking here: GO2 Partners Ordering Site. The Work Number is an automated service to provide proof of employment or income verification. The Work Number is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Work Number protects your personal information during the verification process. This secure service is used when you apply for a job or loan including a mortgage, lease an apartment or other instance where proof of employment or income is needed.
